Spiritual Practices

An introduction to Christian Spiritual Practices

Welcome to this website dedicated to Christian Spiritual Practices. This site is maintained by Andre Auger, and is an adjunct to Harcourt Memorial United Church in Guelph, ON. We assume you are visiting these pages because you have an interest in – or at least a curiosity about – spiritual life.

The website explains what spiritual practice is, resources to explain various practices and links to a variety of practices from beginner to advanced.

A Broadview Reading Club is a discussion group that meets once a month — in person or online — to discuss articles from the current issue. The reading groups provide a way to reach out, engage and further reflect on the stories of faith, justice and spirituality that are included in each issue of the magazine.
